Expression of the French culinary art

This area promotes the French expertise with culinary demonstrations and tastings to please your eyes and your taste buds !

Teams of gastronomy trainers and apprentices, passionate with theirs jobs, will
   give culinary
demonstrations based on innovative concepts.

 

  L'Ecole de paris des métiers de la Table, du Tourisme et de l'Hôtellerie (Paris school for the foodservice, tourism and hotel industries), specializing in the Hotel, Catering, Pastry and Chocolate sectors, will propose chocolate moulding demonstrations on the theme of robotics.  You will see how chocolate is tempered to be nicely glossy, crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth; and sugar figurines will be shown.

 

 With the Ceproc Gastronomy School - training in delicatessen, pork butchery, cateing, cooking, pastry-making - different skills will be highlighted every day with special techniques, various themes and tastings of their on-site preparations.


A lot of culinary surprises to be savoured, not in moderation, as you are walking in the aisles!
