Energy saving in food industry processes: cost-quality optimization – not an easy balance to maintain. At IPA scientists from INRA (French national institute for agricultural research) will be presenting their research carried out on the balance between energy savings and quality.

The next edition of IPA, the World Food Process Exhibition, will be held from October 21-25, 2012 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, with special focus on eco-friendly production! Our aim is to present a full scale pilot plant in which processing stages are studied under conditions simulating a full production unit.

The keynote of this event will be novelty: We have succeeded in gathering three major shows IPA, In-food and SIAL to cover processes, ingredients, semi-processed foodstuffs, and finished products.

Because research is an essential competitiveness lever, the Innovation Research Forum will provide the 41,000 expected visitors with a special meeting place for top-level exchanges and with a unique opportunity to keep updated.
