The IPA Innovation Competition reflects the latest process engineering technologies.
The aim of this competition is to bring focus on the strength of innovation on the food industry as demonstrated by the equipment, solutions and technologies offered by exhibitors at IPA.
Exhibitors can declare their new products free of charge.
This year year nearly 100 new products are declared by the IPA exhibitors, and relayed in the trade press.
The committee, made up of trade journalists and IPA experts, was particularly attentive to the eco-friendly design of products and processes, as well as to product quality improvement, food safety and traceability, the improvement of working conditions, productivity and industrial performance.
This competition is recognized by the entire profession and reserved exclusively to IPA exhibitors.
Moreover, a special prize is awarded: the "French Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry " award.
A panel comprising a dozen industry experts and journalists from the trade press met to shortlist 4 winners and 7 nominees for the IPA Innovation Competition.The jury payed particularly attention to eco-design, product quality improvement, advances in food safety and traceability, improved working conditions, productivity and industrial performance.
